Winthrop is just OK, and passes with a push for an OK suburb, and Murdoch is the poor cousin, hosting mostly uni students and people who've saved a few bucks. Move to Winthrop, then at night you'll know Ardross and Applecross are looking down on you Save your pennies I study in the suburb of Murdoch and commute there via driving my car almost every day of the week.

The suburb is nicely presented and very clean. Nice greenery and roads are well maintained. Feel safe driving to my destination and entering my campus. We have lived in Murdoch for over 18 years, having moved from Fremantle.

People are at peace with each other. Yet the CBD is only 20 minutes away. Mindarie v South Lake - residential areas around and which one's better? Im moving to Western Australia and trying to find a good safe suburb to move to.
