I was hesitant to order form the website, but after reading several reviews, the awesome prices seemed worth a shot.
I saw many comments about everything running small, so I ordered it a size larger than I normally would, and it fit perfectly. I'm very happy with this website, and I'll definitely order from there again. Some Dresses are very unreasonable price. Other sites sell them for a much cheaper price. Not punching anymore. I get my best suits through Utsav.
Even convinced my non-Indian friends to buy from Utsav and they were extremely happy. And the garments come ready made in your size in a timely manner. The service is very good, professional and customer focused, and the people involved are wonderful. The tailors work hard to provide a beautifully presented garment that you will want to show off to everyone. Thank you Utsav I ordered shalwar kamiz and paid extra for fitting. And when it arrived it was way too small and ripped off on first try.
Quality and color not as it saw in pictures. Their partially stitched is really unstitched items. Then when you return the item because you have no way of getting it stitched, they charge you for shipping acceptable and then do not refund the balance, they issue a store credit. Now I have no item and they are keeping my money. Feels slightly upper in price for the quality received. Good response, committed time delivery, stitching as promised.
Would definitely try to continue buying as and when required. They tell you they can send you photos only after you order then they tell you photos are not available! I was told I could cancel my order and have been writing them since it was placed to get the photos promised! Now I need to cancel the order and receive a refund and they stopped responding to my emails!
I thought this site was trustworthy, I was wrong! I contacted you with concerns wishing 24 hours and have had no luck! I was told my order was placed on hold and was not being processed, so my refund should be easy to complete! Tip for consumers: Make sure there are photos of the front and back!!! My order was unable to be made due to the quality not being up to their standards. It was delayed several weeks. I wish I had known sooner that it wouldn't be able to be complete.
However, I am giving them 3 stars because they had good customer service throughout, trying to explain their situation.
The outfit was really nice, the only thing that I was slightly disappointed about was the colour. Looks really beige on the picture but in fact it turned out to be a dusty peach. Apart from that everything was great, got loads of compliments when worn and was even asked where it was bought etc so Utsav might have another customer lined up soon!
Received the Saree today. Very disappointed with the quality of the fabric. The Saree color doesn't match at all. Its too faded and dusty. Never gonna order again. I ordered size 42 red colour man kurta but i received size 46 It is too big for my husband and dont know what to do with it as diwali is next week. Shipping delayed three times. Atlast i had to cancel the order. I really wanted that lehenga for my wedding but thanks to the utterly disgusting customer service i have nothing to wear for my wedding. Please accept our sincere apologies.
